Family Friendly, Good Schools and Convenient Traffic

The Clearview neighbourhood, established in the 1980s, is located on the eastern border of Oakville and is popular with residents for its convenient access to retail shops in both Oakville and Clarkson as well as commuting. The area enjoys open green spaces, wooded areas and mature trees and features a wide range of homes including detached 2 storeys, semi-detached, links and freehold townhouses. The housing in this neighbourhood is the most affordable available in the Oakville Trafalgar High School District. This community’s boundaries stretch from the QEW to the north, Winston Churchill to the east, Royals Windsor Drive to the south and Ford Drive to the west.
