Family oriented, West Oak Trails is a neighbourhood with a hilly topography and lots of greenspace. The streets are winding with many crescents and cut de sacs. Woodlots with footpaths and trails connecting to neighbourhood park are everywhere. What we like is the streets are traffic calmed with bicycle lanes and sidewalks. Primarily you will find detached homes that are a good size for families.
