Family Friendly, Plenty of Parks and Trails and Great Schools

Westmount, in the west end of North Oakville, is bounded by Bronte Road to the west, Dundas Street to the north, Third Line to the east and Upper Middle Road to the south. It offers easy access to Highways 407 & the QEW and residents can choose between two GO stations. It is an attractive, well planned community with new schools, recreation facilities and ample green space. As one of Oakville’s newer subdivisions, lots sizes are smaller than those in the older, established neighbourhoods to the south. Modern detached homes account for most of the house inventory but a significant number of semi-detached and town homes are found here as well.
